Perform RF path studies, site selection, equipment specification, FCC licensing in a fast-paced services business here in Alaska. Duties include analyzing customer requirements, development of system specifications, understanding of fundementals of RF systems such as antennas and transmission lines. Familiarity with switching and network transport. Work with VHF, UHF, Microwave, Satellite, cellular, PCS and other systems.

Must have project management experience and a demonstrated ability to "make things happen." Prefer BSEE or equivalent, 3 years relevant work experience, project management experience and demonstrated ability to work under own self direction.

Experienced with installation of commercial equipment. Must be able to work out of town, unsupervised. Employee will be based in Anchorage, but most work would take place throughout Alaska, especially on the North Slope. Prefer experience with microwave, VHF/UHF, cellular, PCS installations. Prefer tower experience with Microflect and Andrew towers to 200 ft.
